What you’ll do:

On-boarding/New HiresConduct follow-up evaluations of the effectiveness/retention of training provided

Develop procedures to ensure that preventive maintenance processes are documented and followed, resulting in acceptable quality and efficiency levels.

Drive continuous improvement based on KPIs and trends. 

Assist Process Engineers and production teams in troubleshooting and resolution. 

Become a Subject Matter Expert in one safety responsibility within the facility

What you’ll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum five (5) years related experience in operation, upkeep, troubleshooting,  minor mechanical repair of :

Injection Molding MachinesCompression Molding MachinesExtrusion lining MachinesSecondary Processing EquipmentAutomated industrial packaging equipmentExperience in training and working with customersWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Experience in training and working with colleagues at all levels of the organization

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Additional related experience in:

Food and Beverage packagingStrong communication skillsSupervisory experience in shift managementProject ManagementContent development, including using of video, images, and written instructions
