Description PURPOSE: Delivers process support and serves as a technical resource in process development troubleshooting process optimization and scaling up initiatives. Creates baseline process maps identifies inefficiencies and assists with re-designing and re-imagining the process to deliver superior customer experiences. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 50 Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify analyze gaps and document processes. 25 Performs validation activities on existing and new processes. 25 Collects and analyzes data from existing processes and identifies improvement strategies. Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Education Details: Computer Science Information Technology or related field Experience: 3 years of relevant experience. In Lieu of Education In lieu of a Bachelor's degree an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
