Responsibilities\nAnalyze and optimize warehouse workflows, layout, and storage systems to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and minimize operational costs.\nDevelop and implement processes for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Create standardized procedures and documentation to ensure smooth operations.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to eliminate waste and improve the overall quality of processes within the warehouse.\nEvaluate and recommend technological solutions (e.g., warehouse management systems, automation tools) to increase productivity and streamline operations.\nCollect, analyze, and interpret warehouse performance data (e.g., throughput, inventory accuracy, cycle time) to identify trends and areas for improvement.\nWork closely with warehouse managers, inventory control teams, and other departments to ensure alignment of processes and operational goals.\nProvide training and support to warehouse staff on new processes, equipment, and safety protocols.\nEnsure all processes comply with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.\n\n

 

Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nProven experience of at least 2 years in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in process engineering or operations optimization.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements.\nProficiency with warehouse management software (WMS), process mapping tools, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nStrong problem-solving and project management abilities.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.\n\n
