Job DescriptionPlan and develop process industrialization activities to meet budget and production targets in line with Continental's global strategies.
Participate in work teams to ensure results in line with compliance, quality, safety, health and environmental values, policies and standards.
Lead and support the implementation of continuous improvement projects and process standardization.
QualificationsDegree in Automation, Production, Chemical, Mechanical or related engineering.
Postgraduate degree required.
5 years of professional experience in the field of process engineering, industrialization of industrial processes and 4 years of experience in indirectly leading multidisciplinary teams.
Advanced level of English desirable.
Advanced knowledge of project management tools, quality tools (problem solving and PFMEA) and project development with suppliers required.
Basic knowledge of lean production tools (VSM, SMED, Kaizen) required.
Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, PPAP) desirable.
