As a Process Engineer, you will be working with a broad range of processing equipment and be responsible for:

Developing and evaluating technical solutions to achieve business objectives

Performing cost analysis and collaborating with departments such as Manufacturing, R&D, as well as other P&G sites and functions

Designing, procuring, and implementing new processing equipment to meet production needs

Testing newly acquired equipment from vendors to ensure it meets the required standards

Resolving equipment issues by working closely with production personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations for both new and existing equipment

Monitoring production processes to identify improvement areas and implement process changes to increase efficiency

Managing and mentoring project team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard

Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders and presenting project results to upper management

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary starting from 190000 rubles gross

Annual bonus

Relocation and housing support (22 000 RUB net/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications

A higher education diploma. Technical academic background (electrical, mechanical, industrial, chemical, and process engineering fields of study) preferable

1-3 years of relevant work experience

Ready for relocation to Novomoskovsk (Tula region)

Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

Strong communication skills, leadership and analytical capabilities

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
