Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesOverall responsibilities and duties:
The main missions of the role are:
To maintain and improve production process to achieve Safety, Cost, Quality and Quantity targets. To maintain and improve line efficiency and quality standard of production line. To build, monitor and control standards operating condition in accordance with company's standard. To improve process to increase efficiency and productivities. To train 7 wastes and FES standard to team in order to improve process. To handle process engineer tasks to improve processes. To develop the interlocking in production process (POKAYOKE), production capacity planning, process layout, Shop floor space calculation, machine capacity planning based on production planning, material handling in process, process cycle time, and machine planning. To estabish and maintain PFMEA, process flow. To lead technical training to establish new equipments and processes. To develop and procure manufacturing equipment for new products and new processes jointly with the leadplants and central functions. To lead the decision on equipment design and make strong contributions to sourcing decisions based on quality, cost, ergonomics, and lean manufacturing approach to define specifications and release criteria. To lead 8D or other problem-solving activities on assigned processes. To track on Cp Cpk and PDCA applied. To lead process concept design and provide solution. To conduct a time study, do line balancing, and design production friendly/ robust processes. To monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) to support manufacturing processes. To update capacity calculation to support customer demand To handle IATF16949 documentation, internal audit included. To manage Engineering change on Product or Process to ensure smooth change without any impact to customer. To manage Productivity Project per assignment. Your profile and competencies to succeedThe ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with a specialisation in Production.Experience:
At least 4 years of process improvement experience manufacturing environmental. Operational knowledge of Production methods (Kanban, 5S, Hoshin, TPM, GPAO).Skills and competencies
Minimum bi-lingual (English required). Basic office software operation. Good team cooperation ability.
