This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world's fastest growing consumer packaged goods companies. **Responsibilities:** + Develop processes, including pilot plant design, operation, and data analysis. + Provide project support, including drafting process trial documentation and reports. + Collaborate with Plant Operations and R&D to enhance products. + Assess process feasibility and support startup activities, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards. + Offer plant support through process testing and troubleshooting. + Write Manufacturing SOPs and integrate them into workflow systems. **Education & Experience:** + B.S. or M.S. in Chemical, Materials, or Bio Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience. + Scale up and Tech Transfer experience preffered + Familiarity with cGMPs preferred.
