**Job Description Summary** Plan, execute and implement the Business continuity project for Foley catheters **Job Description** P2-11512 + Manages and supervises the Compounding for project - alternate source of chemical and Catheter Offline Dipping Equipment (CODE) operations. + Continue EHS improvement initiatives to reduce EHS risks of processes. + Plan and execute new material qualifications to support Business continuity (Stay in Business) + Work with supplier, procurement team to source the new material + Work closely with COE (UCC) on latex technology initiatives and knowledge transfers to local team. + Work closely with UCC RA and RnD team to execute the material qualification + Oversee the chemical and latex preparation for production use to comply with requirements. + Lead & motivate key personnel to continue seeking opportunities for continuous improvement to meet yield expectation. + Schedule the monthly stock count and /or instructed by finance department. Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.
