Key Responsibilities:
· Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
· Innovation and Technology Implementation: Develop and implement advanced technological solutions to modernize production processes and maintain a competitive edge.
· Data Collection and Analysis: Collect primary data and perform detailed analyses to develop optimal and efficient production schemes that support sustainable development.
· Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
· A higher technical education.
· 3 - 5 years working experience.
· Solid understanding of mineral processing and equipment design principles.
· Knowledge of English.
