Process engineer

1.      Create and update process sheets, tool lay-out and tool setup.
2.      Create and update process tool list by operation.
3.      Recommendations on cutting speed and feed rate of process machining.
4.      Establish tool change frequency, Assembly ( Dies , Impact tools ), machining ( perishable tools )
5.      Continuous test of new tool
6.      Design and/or modify tools and fixtures that are in contact with the part to improve the process.
7.      Improve the actual touching parts for quick change.
8.      Monitoring tool & equipment, first purchase (Projects) to make sure that meet manufacturing capabilities.
9.      New tool monitoring report, and determine equipment tools.
10.  Check and compare periodically current machining process against originally established and other similar facilities for continuous improvement.
11.  Provide technical assistance in the in the solution of production problems where process tools and equipment are involved. ( SPW/Saving ).
12.  Create and update standard operation process (SOP) in coordination with operation department
13.  Keep on control the own documentation, and update according with SPW procedures.
14.  Provide technical assistance on production problems related to perishable tool & process equipment (EWO Analysis ).
15.  Keep tool equipment history changes and their solutions.
16.  Keep update SOP for tool change.
17.  Make changes in process, product and tool to minimize down times and adequately inform all department involved.
18.  Analysis of scrap 80-20 strategy, together with multifunctional team works and provide technical solution.
19.  Develop tools and device for procedures to repair and recovery parts in coordination with product engineering, quality and production engineering.
20.  Respond to reports of a failure product in conjunction with multifunctional equipment for the purpose of examining the root cause of no satisfaction.
21.  Perform of different audits, for safety (SWO), for quality process layer and process engineering CNC programs and tool life.
22.  Contact dialogue with potential suppliers in terms of machinery and tooling to buy and clarify any questions of a technical nature.
23.  Be in contact with suppliers (USA and national) to expedite delivery of material required for the functionality of the machinery.
24.  Establish meeting schedule with suppliers to implement new technologies.
25.  Establish meeting schedule with suppliers to sustain the continuous improvement on saving tools.
26.  Organizes and coordinate training programs by tool suppliers and equipment for machining lines.
27.  Organizes and coordinate training programs by tool suppliers and equipment for Assembly lines.
28.  Monitor the tooling cost of machining lines to identify areas of opportunity using cost matrices.
29.  Development and administration of new projects according with followings steps: a.-Evaluation of alternatives, b.- Suppliers Selection, c.- Review and approve Engineering, d.- Construction Follow up, e.- Approve in supplier floor, f.- Equipment Installation and plant approval.
30.  Lead AMEF on the production lines.
31. Create a MQAS procedures for engineering process department.
32. Support the implementation and application of ISO-9000 and ISO-14000 (Enviromental)

Experience 2 years Professional Engineering Mechanical, Electronical, Industrial Engineering Language English 85% (Speak & write)
