Production - Packaging: This function manages the final packaging of products, with priorities on safety, quality, and productivity. The engineer improves production lines to optimize efficiency (reducing changeover times, downtime, etc.).

Production - Manufacturing: This department produces according to R&D recipes, ensuring quantity, flexibility, and timely delivery for packaging. Continuous improvement focuses on reducing waste (formula changes, downtime, operator training, maintenance).

Logistics - Supply Chain: The supply chain covers everything from the reception of raw materials to the shipment of finished products. The logistics department manages planning, sourcing, flow management, and inventory.

IT: The IT department supports the entire operation by optimizing management systems, improving traceability, and automating processes for increased efficiency.

Job Qualifications
