Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related fields from reputable universities.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production departments, especially in the rubber industry.
• Experience in rubber technology and related lab testing equipment.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in IATF standards, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and DMAIC problem-solving methodology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills.
• Self-disciplined, self-motivated, and confident personality to contribute to the success and harmony of the team.
• Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Driving License: Class B.

Job Description
• Analyze and optimize the calenders and cutters processes to improve product quality and reduce operational complexity.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with QA testing methods and conduct annual certifications.
• Control and reduce waste to meet targets, taking action on discrepancies in inventory.
• Develop and implement process specifications according to technical and corporate standards.
• Monitor raw material quality and ensure it meets production needs.
