Process Engineer - Data Analyst with PowerBi
+ Very strong PowerBI capability + Strong knowledge in SQL and DAX + Comfort regarding interacting and connecting data from various system + Basic Process Improvement knowledge (Lean) + Basic Project management knowledge + Power Automate knowledge + Develop and deliver a comprehensive curriculum on data analytics, including data collection, analysis, visualization, and interpretation. + Create engaging lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that align with industry standards. + Provide hands-on training and support to candidates through practical projects and real-world case studies. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics to ensure the curriculum remains current and relevant. + Mentor and guide candidates, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their learning goals. + Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to continuously improve the training program. + Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and professional development activities. + Develop and maintain PowerBI reporting + SQL interactions + Continuous improvement of existing visibility reports and improved integration of data sets + Enable continuous improvement efforts with datacentric decisioning + Primary Liaison with enterprise data team, implement newly released capability when introduced + When required, develop and utilize Power Automate workflows + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. + Proven experience in data analytics, with a strong portfolio of projects and achievements. + Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable. + Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to inspire and motivate candidates from diverse backgrounds.
