About the role
Our process team, composed of 5 people, is focused on process technology and project management in collaboration with other departments in the site.
As a process engineer, you will work on process technology improvement, MOC and document establishment to support department development. You will get the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and have a positive impact on plant operation.
You will be accountable for::
Draft or update process related document
Support production team for the training of process related and SOP,
Lead the implementation of MOC
Supervise the compliance of HSEQ policy as internal auditor
Regular check process parameters in correct range
Root cause analysis for problem solving
Communicate with global technical team for sharing of technical message or best practice
Participate project management, such as technical clarification with CDI, supplier or related parties, lead the commissioning and startup
Lead the projects for process improvement in the area of process safety, cost saving, quality improvement or energy saving
We offer permeate contract basing on site working mode
About you
Chemical engineering or process related major, bachelor is must and master is preferred
3-5 years’ experience in chemical plant
Capability:
Fluent English reading, writing and speaking
Be able to use software of engineering design and simulation, such as AUTO CAD, ASPEN HYSYS
Project management experience is preferred
SOP establishment
Lean six Sigma is preferred

About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Chinese base pay reasonably expected for this role is 9000 to 11000, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
