Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, with a focus on optimizing production processes and enhancing operational efficiency. You will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive productivity and ensure quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Conduct process simulations and modeling to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with production goals. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to address process-related issues. Monitor process performance metrics and analyze data to track progress and identify trends for continuous improvement. Prepare and present technical reports on process performance, improvements, and compliance status to management. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure innovative solutions are applied.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering or a similar role. Strong knowledge of process design, optimization methodologies, and industry standards. Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Danish is appreciated. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
