About the role

Our ICC team, composed of 7 people, is integrated in the ICC global and global technical, local industry department and focuses on license agreement business in collaboration with customers and partners. As a Process engineer you will work on technology clarification, document delivery, and engineering design, commissioning to support customers’ project. You will get the opportunity to contribute to engineering and construction, commissioning and have a positive impact on startup and provide technical service. You will be accountable for: Process explanation Process calculation Support engineering design and best practice. Set up control logic and SIS/interlock Commissioning and start up Technical service and consulting. We offer a permanent contract based on Hybrid working mode, in the beginning, need to be training or short time shift work to be familiar with operation.

 
About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent in master degree of oversea education background or similar degree in local universities if real good. Relevant operation or engineering work experience in chemical industry or engineering design institutes. Competencies: Fluent English in oral and writing, free communication in the working environment and technical topics. If local education, CEP6 is required Learning ability and willingness to learn, be able to and willing to learn new processes, technology, and practice in daily work. Good communication skills and cooperation. Good at software and new developed tools such as Excel, Auspen, CAD or others. Behaviors: Willing to take challenges and try new skills, accept to be trainer in design institute and short time shift worker for training. Hard working spirit and diligently working attitude, initiative and searching for solutions. Team work.

 
About the pay and benefits

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the China base pay reasonably expected for this role is 305,000 to 381,000, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
