As a Process Engineer I at our Merrimack, New Hampshire facility, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, working alongside a talented team of experts to drive innovation and excellence. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or a related field
+ 0-2 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing (internships or co-op experience count!)
+ Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and team members at all levels
+ Passion for learning and a desire to contribute to a high-quality product
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Lean and Six Sigma Principles
+ Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9145
+ Prior experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing environment
+ Active DOD Secret Clearance
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $63653 - $108210
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
