**Adecco has partnered with a manufacturing leader in the Angola, IN area to recruit a skilled Process Engineer II!**

**Position Overview:**
As a Process Engineer II, you will play a vital role in ensuring manufacturing operations run efficiently while supporting growth and innovation. This role combines hands-on problem-solving with strategic planning to improve processes and support new product development in a fast-paced environment.
**A Day in the Life:**
+ Develop and manage **routers** , **bills of materials** , and **inspection instruction sheets** to support production.
+ Use **statistical process control (SPC)** methods to lead and implement process improvement initiatives.
+ Collaborate as part of the material review board to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges.
+ Design and optimize **inspection and gauging methods** while evaluating inspection frequencies.
+ Support **medical device development** , including product design reviews and pre-production assessments.
+ Manage the manufacturing aspects of **new product releases (NPRs)** and execute validation protocols.
+ Work on **corrective and preventive actions** to address customer complaints and improve product quality.
**Key Qualifications:**
+ **Bachelor of Science degree** in engineering. (Mechanical, Industrial, Bio/Med - NOT Chemical)
+ 3 plus years of experience in an engineering role
+ Experience using **AutoCAD** , **SolidWorks** , or related software.
+ Basic understanding of **geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)** .
+ Familiarity with **statistical tools** like control charts and capability analysis.
+ Knowledge of **quality management system standards** .
+ Experience with **risk management tools** , such as failure mode & effects analysis ( **FMEA** ).
+ Background in **CNC machining processes** or the **medical device industry** .
+ Basic understanding of **validation** , **PPAP** , or **APQP** .

**Pay Details:** $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
