Process Engineer II
**Adecco has partnered with a manufacturing leader in the Angola, IN area to recruit a skilled Process Engineer II!** Are you an experienced engineer passionate about process improvement and manufacturing excellence? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you! **Position Overview:** As a Process Engineer II, you will play a vital role in ensuring manufacturing operations run efficiently while supporting growth and innovation. This role combines hands-on problem-solving with strategic planning to improve processes and support new product development in a fast-paced environment. **A Day in the Life:** + Develop and manage **routers** , **bills of materials** , and **inspection instruction sheets** to support production. + Use **statistical process control (SPC)** methods to lead and implement process improvement initiatives. + Collaborate as part of the material review board to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges. + Design and optimize **inspection and gauging methods** while evaluating inspection frequencies. + Support **medical device development** , including product design reviews and pre-production assessments. + Manage the manufacturing aspects of **new product releases (NPRs)** and execute validation protocols. + Work on **corrective and preventive actions** to address customer complaints and improve product quality. **Key Qualifications:** + **Bachelor of Science degree** in engineering.
