Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Manufacturing PE Intern to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced Improvement professionals in FMCG manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the eliminating losses and wastes and increase the stability of the line to support the transition of traditional line teams to semi-autonomous teams.

Main Responsibilities

Assist Waste and Loss Elimination according to the WCM prioritizationAssist in Creating Technical Standards to ensure process stability on the lineParticipate in the development and delivery of improvement programs and projectsContribute to the data collection and visualization for production teamsWork with cross-functional teams to promote culture of Kaizen and continuous improvement

Candidate Criteria

Skill & Qualification

Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAble to present findings and rationales clearly so that whole factory team can understandAble to make logical decisions based on dataProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteEnergetic, working under dynamic environment and good interpersonal skills

Education & Experience

Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial engineering, or a related fieldInternship or Co-operative Program with 4-6 months duration or more is preferredFamiliar with statistical tool for process control and process improvementFamiliar with a variety of concepts and practices of FMCG is a plusPrevious coursework or experience in manufacturing is a plus
