Process Engineer Intern Summer Program

Basic/Minimum Requirements:

Candidate must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering from an accredited institutionMinimum completion of Sophomore level coursework from an accredited institution with a current cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher. â€‹Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

We are seeking motivated and talented engineering students to join our team for our summer internship program. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various engineering disciplines. The program is anticipated to start at the end of May 2025, and run through the beginning of August 2025, with the total duration anticipated to be between 10-12 weeks.

The Process Engineer Intern position will be located in Niles, Oh. We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic student to join our team as an Engineer Summer Intern. This position will assist engineering and manufacturing in driving improvements in quality and delivery performance through process control and product improvement initiatives.

Daily Job Duties and Goals to be accomplished:

Identity areas of material waste throughout production processes.
Create engineering solutions to improve product yield from start to finish.
Identify and improve engineering technical review processes.
Support daily production needs for quality and engineering needs.
Gather and identify shop floor data for process improvements (yield and FRA).
