Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
New process creation: Work with account managers to create new processes on the current tool set. Generate new recipes that are optimized for productivity, consistency, and reliability. Process monitoring: Monitor existing SPC charts for each of the tools and identify when processes are drifting out of control. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Work with maintenance and equipment engineering to maintain and improve implant tool performance. Work with customers to develop new processes to satisfy customer needs. Training & Support: Train and support operators on ion implantation equipment and process-related issues.Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, material science, physics, chemical engineering, or related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience working with ion implantation equipment in a semiconductor fabrication environment. Proven experience troubleshooting and maintaining.Skills
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical thinking. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment. Experience with advanced ion implantation techniques, including high-dose and high-energy implantations.
ITAR/EAR and Other Requirements
Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, or protected individual). Compliance with all applicable export control regulations.
Working Conditions
8-hour shift: 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday Comfortable in a clean room attire (bunny suit)Physical Requirements

All employees are required to attend scheduled training, follow the site EHS procedures and II-VI Corporate EHS standards. This includes the use of proper protective equipment (PPE) as required by the job responsibilities.
Managers will ensure that all safety and environmental procedures are followed consistently. They will ensure that risk assessments are performed, proper training, work instructions, required PPE is available, and will monitor compliance.
Quality and Environmental Responsibilities
Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
