工艺工程师将在GMP环境下，确保包装工艺设备处于被确认过的可靠运行状态。

设备异常问题处理：

响应并解决现场设备问题，并评估设备异常是否对产品质量有影响。找到设备异常根本原因，制定响应的纠正性措施(CA)和预防性措施(PA)当设备出现了非常规的问题，主导偏差调查过程，撰写偏差调查报告。

设备持续改善：

通过持续监控设备状态,提出改善的措施。通过变更流程，起草相应的设备验证文件，进行设备验证与确认，实施改善措施。对现有的维护策略进行优化，通过增加预防性维护措施，提高设备可靠性

跨部门合作：

作为设备专家,提供设备方面的影响评估，支持跨部门团队的相关活动。与其他团队成员包括操作员，生产主管，质量工程师，设备技术人员，自动化工程师等有效沟通和合作。

 

岗位要求：

本科及以上学历，机械，自动化，电气工程等相关专业3年及以上工作经验，行业不限，制药行业优先考虑较强的学习能力，解决问题的能力以及跨部门协作的能力英文工作沟通有意愿在苏州制药行业发展24小时On Call
