What you'll do:
As a Process Engineer, you will work within the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) to execute corporate strategies and drive transformational change throughout Lifepoint Health. You will lead cross functional process improvement initiatives and collaborate with all levels within the company (executive management to front-line associates) to methodically solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams for process improvements; ensure alignment with goals and timelines.Utilize statistical analysis tools to identify root causes and develop data-driven solutions.Champion continuous improvement and change management.Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to monitor process performance and track progress.Collaborate with stakeholders to gain buy-in, communicate progress, and celebrate successes.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to drive continuous learning and improvement.QualificationsWhat you'll need:
Education:
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in process improvement, change management, and/or enterprise transformation; healthcare experience preferred in improving the patient flow in a hospital setting.Experience in process mapping, value stream mapping, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis.Ability to travel up to 40% of time.Certifications/Licensure:
Certified Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt required.Certified Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.Why choose us:
