Process Engineer TC
Introduction to the job

We are looking for a Process Engineer Logistics, who will support the TC department with continuous improvement initiatives. You will analyze logistic processes and implement / standardize solutions while involving the colleagues on the work floor. 

Although this is not an IT role, familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), especially SAP EWM would be beneficial. We are, however, especially looking for candidates who can demonstrate experience with improvement initiatives in a logistics environment.

  

Role and responsibilities

As a Process Engineer you are responsible for:

Support or lead improvement projects

Initiative improvement projectsContribute to cross-sector projectsIdentify bottlenecks in the processRoot cause analysisCoaching the team on a daily basisCreation of reports/ dashboardsAnalyze performancePresenting results

Education and experience

As a Process Engineer you will need:

Bachelor or Master in business engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, operational management or logistics. Warehouse and logistics knowledgeSupply chain knowledgeExperience with Lean methodsProject management is a preExperience with ERP-systems (like SAP) is a preMicrosoft Office programs
