Job Description. Supplier management and benchmarking on ASIC foundry, wafer test, final test OSATs, and probe card vendors
· Collaborate with internal R&D and external subcontractors to enhance product robustness for manufacturability
· ASIC Foundry/Testing process owner and take full responsibility in mass production, e.g. yield monitor/improvement, cost down
· Perform electrical and physical failure analysis to understand failure mechanism
· Perform data mining and analysis to find root cause for any excursion and issues
. Be able to set up data infrastructure, exploiting data science, machine learning, process automation is a plus
· Project management to support task Force or operation excellence projects
Qualifications· Master or Bachelor Degree in Device Physics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
· At least 6-10 years' experience at semiconductor OSAT or fabless-IC design house as Product Engineering, quite good overview of semiconductor process chain.
(Good understanding of CMOS fab processes (logic and mixed-signal process) is highly preferred)
· Experience on wafer test and final test in mass production with high volume is highly welcomed
· Knowledge of mixed-signal circuits’ test program debug and optimization, e.g. 93K and J750
· Strong data mining and analysis capability
· Capability of test program development will be a plus
· Willingness to work and interact in international teams, English written and verbal must be
· Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit
· Ability to independently manage projects and subcontractors
