Job Description Facilitates process reviews and documentation of processes; and proactively guides teams on the adoption of best practices. Establish process metrics for the NTG roles; Facilitate workshops in order to find out root causes and identify solutions in order to improve team metrics. Lead and support improvement projects, and other tasks that may be required by the Process Manager/ Head

Supports/Facilitate the design of the network technical Group process chain

Process ChangeProcess Re-engineering activities (e.g Continuous Improvement, process transformation)Tools sets to be used for process design change.

Enable the management of NTG cost through process efficiency with a derivative of  repeatable, reproducible processes

Monitor process performance (e.g. support creation of automated process dashboards)Analyze process performanceImprove process performance

Facilitate, mentor and approve the service and resource problem management documentation (i.e. 8D) and  process change

Enable the skillset definition for all levels of NTG to support the process management, and when necessary develop and facilitate the required training needed

Drive the certification process for the NTG process methodologies (e.g. ISO 9001:2015, eTOM). And when necessary establishment, maintenance of the necessary licenses of External licenses

Management of NTG’s process such that duplication of process is minimized and re-use is achieved to the maximum extent possible (e.g. simplified and rationalized work design)

Drive the value of the overall process management activities to ensure that the network technical group continues to gain value from using process management principles

Manage the capability of process owners  to have necessary knowledge available to them to be effective in their work (e.g. Process Education Curriculum, facilitate process workshops and/or problem solving exercises)

Manage the assurance that knowledge capture (i.e. PPMs and process models) through work activities is retained and available as required across the Network Technical Group

Drive a continuous improvement culture (i.e. PDCA cycle)

Acts as subject matter experts in identifying and implementing usage of statistical and analytical tools for root cause and solution identification that will enable to strength talent bench

Conduct reviews of the soundness of analysis, and comprehensiveness of the solutions to ensure complete institutionalization of the improvements

Design and implement processes on rootcause identification and solutioning
