JOB DESCRIPTION
Process Improvement :
Identifying areas of improvement, Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, focusing on efficiency and quality.
Analyzing the efficiency and costs of existing business processes.
Creating and presenting process improvement reports.
Troubleshooting and improving new processes.
Oversee and support production teams, providing guidance and resolving issues.
Manage process documents, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and maintain accurate records.
Updating process and procedure policies.
Meeting with business managers to discuss business objectives.
Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure product quality and process capability.
Lead Green Belt projects and Kaizen events to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
HSE Support
Comply with Government Regulations & Company HSE Policies, Procedure & Rules
Ensure that the requirements of the HSEMS are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the standard ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015
Ensure all related activity will refer to HIRADC
Maintain HSE equipment in the Company
Always remind colleagues to prioritize work safety and health and prevent environmental damage.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess a degree in engineering or a related field is often preferred.
Typically requires 10 years of experience in cable assembly and process.
Certifications: Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certifications are highly valued.
In-depth knowlege of relevant industry processes.
Ability to identify cost-saving measures and improvement strategies.
Advanced knowlege of business management software.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to coordinate projects and lead multiple teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Report and procedure writing skills.
Available to work after hours and weekends when required.
