Supervise the transfer of New Item, Technology or Process from Mother Factory or Headquarters to PMM Supervise production plan support through engineering department to ensure that all jobs are procecessed Coordinate and collaborate within PMM Cross Functional Team related to process or line handled up to PMM management. Continually seek to improve all processes to perform work, and continually improve products in terms of quality.
