Identify headcount needs, recruit, interview, and make hiring decisionsMentor employees and support their career growth, recognizing their strengths and building personalized development strategies for each team member.Establish goals, conduct performance appraisals, provide recognition, and drive accountabilityDevelop and provide technical training to the team and groom each member to realize their fullest potentialOffer guidance, mentoring, and training for all process team members and ensure they work safely.Process and Equipment ManagementLead and manage the activities and operation of the Equipment/Process Engineering sectionWork together with other functional groups locally and globally to accomplish organizational and business objectivesEnsure production equipment is in control and quality/reliability of the product meets expectationsSustain and improve key performance indices of the equipment through continuous improvement activities/projectsReduce costs through continuous cost reduction effortsEnsure effective and efficient risk management strategiesDefine, develop, and maintain equipment capabilities, strategy, and roadmapDevelop new capabilities ahead of needsRequirements7+ years of working experience in semiconductor industry.Process and Equipment knowledge in Wire Bonding/ Die Attach and Encapsulation will be added advantages.Strong technical background in process and equipment engineeringDemonstrated ability to successfully implement process improvements and cost reduction initiativesExcellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skillsAbility to strictly determine and prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesExceptional communication and collaboration skillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.About Micron Technology, Inc.
