North America Merchandising Consumer x Marketplace Operations is a cross-functional team dedicated to Inspiring Athletes* through the Power of Product. We achieve this mission by driving operational excellence, enriching decision-making, and redefining how the Geo works. We partner across the North America Geography with all functions, with Global functions, and with our other Geo counterparts.

Our team is responsible for enabling operational excellence by delivering on and evolving the North America process to deliver profitable, consumer-right products & experiences to the Consumer in our marketplace. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role will report to NA Consumer x Marketplace Operations Director, yet you will work very closely with NA Consumer, Direct and Partner Merchants & Brand Partners. In your role, you will serve as a key resource for all sample needs across the geography.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Process Excellence Coordinator is responsible for supporting sample logistics from seasonal delivery through end-of-life liquidation enabling North America seasonal work. The role crafts, manages, and implements sample related processes across the Geo to enable efficient use of this critical tool.

Key accountabilities for the ideal candidate:

What you bring:

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, experience or

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

Specific responsibilities include:

Seasonal sample sorting and sample rotationAssist broader team with sample logistics for seasonal photo shoot and other seasonal meetingsManage and organize 5 seasons of product in a high density storage areaRespond to sample requests for current and past season productSet-up meetings for seasonal activities and ensure room readinessBe the expert with Merch Lab fixtures, tech, access list, and supply needsEnd of life sample liquidationDocument all processes createdProven Microsoft Word and Excel skills
