What will you do as a Process Excellence Expert?

As a Process Excellence Expert, you will take a leading role in driving the delivery of the Process Excellence (PEX) agenda across HEINEKEN’s end-to-end (E2E) Finance and Market to Cash processes. You’ll drive process excellence through the (implementation of) global design of processes, creating data driven insight, ensuring process conformance and driving process improvements resulting in tangible business value.

You’ll work closely with the Global Process Leads (GPLs) Operating Companies (OpCos), and other stakeholders to ensure processes are not only efficient but also aligned with HEINEKEN’s strategic priorities. A significant part of your work will involve managing process maturity assessments, tracking improvement portfolios, and maintaining process health dashboards to monitor process health metrics.
 

You will be part of a global team committed to creating value through collaboration, fostering continuous improvement communities, and supporting communication initiatives. This role reports to the Process Excellence Lead and does not include direct reports, but your influence will be felt globally through your ability to drive cross-process collaboration and knowledge sharing.

If you want to succeed in this role, you recognize yourself in the following:

Proven experience in managing and implementing process improvement initiatives (5-8 years). Solid expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement techniques. A strong background in Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management (Master’s preferred). Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong data visualization capabilities. Experience with business process management or process intelligence technology,
