Process Excellence Lead - Indirect Procurement

Be a part of a culture that doesn't just wait for change but actively creates it—where your skills and values drive our collective progress and impact. **PURPOSE OF JOB** Work directly with the Director of Indirect Procurement on the ideation and implementation of organizational transformation initiatives. Own indirect policy, process and technology-related decisions and resulting workstreams for the Indirect Procurement organization, with the aim of driving standardization and consistent adoption across the team. Proactively identify areas of improvement across the indirect procurement operating model, including owning all enablement activities like training, business messaging and implementation. **RESPONSIBILITIES** This is a new role that will be responsible for identifying and driving improvement opportunities across the end-to-end Procurement process, specific to the Indirect Procurement organization. This will involve working with colleagues in Procurement as well as select business and / or cross-functional stakeholders to identify pain points, define a roadmap for required improvements, execute supporting initiatives and track adoption and results. It will also involve aligning with counterparts in the Direct Procurement organization to identify opportunities for synergies, share lessons learned and drive consistency (where practical) across the teams. The ultimate objective is to support the Director of Indirect Procurement with the continued evolution of Bausch’s procurement organization to a more strategic function, highly valued by their internal customers. **HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR DAY** + Maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of procurement processes for Bausch + Partnering with colleagues (incl. Category Leads and Sourcing Support Manager) to identify pain points and develop improvement plans (e.g. policy enhancements, workflow changes, creation of new decision making tools, etc.) + Working with leadership to develop business cases for any investments required for recommended improvements + Overseeing execution of identified improvement initiatives + Creating communication campaigns to inform procurement team and impacted stakeholders of pending changes and anticipated impact + Listening to and appropriately addressing stakeholder feedback regarding user experience and overall program operations to help support a frictionless user experience + Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate adoption and impact of improvement initiatives + Supporting Director of Indirect Procurement with execution of other ad hoc projects and / or implementation of other team-wide strategic initiatives as required + Ensuring all procurement activities align with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations **KEY RELATIONSHIPS** + Director of Indirect Procurement + Global Category Leads + Cross Functional Stakeholders (Finance, IT, Legal, etc.) + Business Stakeholders **EXPERIENCE** + Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Procurement, Marketing, Finance, or Business + Minimum of 7 years of experience in Procurement and/or Transformation roles + Experience in Pharmaceutical industry preferred + Demonstrated proficiency in complex project management and organizational skills + Experience with the design and implementation of new operating models or ways of working + Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change at scale + Operational or advisory experience across multiple functional aspects of procurement (sourcing, procurement operations (P2P), supplier management, category management, etc.) preferred Benefits package includes a Comprehensive Medical (includes Prescription Drug), Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account with company contribution, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k) matching, discretionary time off, paid sick time, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment insurance, paid holidays, Employee Assistance Plan, commuter benefit, recognition awards, voluntary benefits (including Identity Theft, Student Loan and Breast Milk Shipping), employee referral bonuses and employee discounts. \#LI-hybrid **This position may be available in the following location(s): [[location_obj]]** Bausch Health Companies Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
