Process Excellence Manager

 The Process Excellence Manager is responsible for leading and managing process improvement initiatives across the Digital Solutions Team and business areas supported. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The Process Excellence Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement and ensure alignment with organizational goals.  

 

This position is located at Regal Rexnord’s downtown Milwaukee, WI site.  They need to be located in the Greater Milwaukee Area and willing to be in the MCS HQ Building 2-3 days per week.  100% on site is not required but face to face meetings will be important. Given some projects will be global, some travel should be expected. 

 

Key Responsibilities  ​ 

Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams through Process Excellence evolution 

Leverage Regal Rexnord and industry best practices for Process Improvement Strategy, such as Six Sigma and kaizen. 

Analysis and Documentation of Processes for the purposes of:  

Efficient onboarding of new resources (Internal or Contract) 

Identification of inefficiencies and areas to improve 

Monitor and Report on effectiveness of process improvements  

Drive the culture of Continuous Improvement 

Partner in the advancement of long-range strategic planning 

Improvement and direct support of multi-year strategies, monthly & annual planning/roadmaps, goal setting, and investment planning processes 

Risk Management: Collaborate with initiative leaders to identify potential risks associated with process changes and develop mitigation strategies  

Communication to a broad audience, team level and executives. 

Partner in the advancement of long-range strategic planning  

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline/equivalent 

Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) preferred 

7+ Years experience in process improvement and project management 

Previous leadership experience 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams 

Experienced in leading kaizens, value stream mapping, project chartering & action plans 

Experienced in Change Management practices associated with process creation, changes and improvements
