Overview To drive the continual improvement and higher E2E effeciency, Chengdu Capability Centre needs to build up the Process Excellence mind-set through Lean/Six segma training and drive Process Excellence initiatives with end to end process analysis, standardization and automation. The key objective of the role is to work closely with GM and function leaders to support all Process Excellence, Service Management and Governance activities of Chengdu Capability Centre. This role is party of an Ecosystem enabling the service delivery teams to achive efficiency target. Responsibilities 1. Process Excellence Coach Organize and provide Lean/Six sigma training to ChCC staff Build-up Process Excellence DNA in ChCC Support Process Excellence Projects as a coach/consultant Measure and report performance metrics, KPIs and SLAs across operations Implement visual management across the delivery floor with PEP messaging and relevant metrics 2. Process Excellence Driver and Coorinator Keep communication with Global S&T development/PEX team to understand global stretagy and projects Drive Process improvement initiatives in ChCC Support automation framework and Projects for the site Monitor efficiency progress in ChCC Implement visual management across the delivery floor with PEP messaging and relevant metrics 3. Process Excellence Project Leader Lead Black Belt/Green Belt project in ChCC for process Simplification, Standardization and Automation 4. Host CIA sessions to reward the best initiatives in ChCC 5. Support ChCC News Letter and Effeciency related report update Build-up the image of ChCC as a second to none PEX capability centre in PepsiCo organization Qualifications Strong Lean and Six Sigma (or other leading Quality Framework) experience needed, preferably should be certified Black Belt ~10-12 years of solid experience out of which at least 5 years with large GBS set ups Must have good communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies
