Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas + Operations Management: Bridge between the CD & Supply chain partners by helping facilitate servicing governance and hyperpeak calls and addressing issues raised by CD team & conversely by supply chain team. + Create proactive action points & launch projects to ensure continuous improvement on operations. + Red Book Management: Identify key processes from stakeholders that need to be reviewed and updated for signoff to the leadership team. + Land the audits and controls test for all the controls operators. + Manpower Management: Lead governance of third-party administrative aides. + Ensure correct headcount are deployed and track budgets utilization with the agencies.
