Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas
Operations Management: Bridge between the CD & Supply chain partners by helping facilitate servicing governance and hyperpeak calls and addressing issues raised by CD team & conversely by supply chain team.Create proactive action points & launch projects to ensure continuous improvement on operations.Red Book Management: Identify key processes from stakeholders that need to be reviewed and updated for signoff to the leadership team.Land the audits and controls test for all the controls operators.Manpower Management: Lead governance of third-party administrative aides.Ensure correct headcount are deployed and track budgets utilization with the agencies.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree holder in Industrial Engineering or any relevant fieldPreferably with experience in the FMCG industry, but fresh graduates are welcome to applyExcellent stakeholder management skillsWith strong attention to detail regarding documentationWith leadership, management, and analytical skillsMust be dynamic, agile, and has passion for excellenceWe highly encourage applicants to exclude information on age, gender, and school/s in view of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
