Job Summary
We are seeking a Jr. Online Analyst - CM with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in MS Excel and proficiency in English. Experience in the online and hi-tech domains is a plus. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
Analyze online data to identify trends and insights that can drive business decisions.Utilize MS Excel to create detailed reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Monitor online platforms to gather relevant data and update databases accordingly.Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve online performance.Assist in the development and implementation of online strategies to enhance user engagement.Conduct regular audits of online content to ensure compliance with company standards.Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving any data-related issues.Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the online and hi-tech domains.Ensure timely delivery of reports and analysis as per the project requirements.Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel.Demonstrate proficiency in English speaking and writing.Have experience in the online and hi-tech domains (nice to have).Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Show ability to work effectively in a team environment.Display strong attention to detail and accuracy.Have good communication and presentation skills.Be adaptable to rotational shifts and work from the office.Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and development.Show capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Exhibit a strong understanding of data privacy and security principles.Have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience.Be committed to contributing positively to the companys goals and objectives.Certifications Required
Certification in MS Excel or Data Analysis is preferred.
