Job Purpose*
Process Expert, GBS Operations is a back-bone member in a documentation and production team. This position is responsible for handling more challenging work in logistics documentation, which includes but not limited to new hire mentoring, new requirement implementation, reports management, process improvement, and super back-up in the team etc.
Roles & Responsibilities*
Handle more complex origins and tasks in the team. Super back-up in the team when workload increases, or headcount is in short. Pilot to handle new system, new requirement, new process and projects. Coach new hires on operation knowledge and skill. Assist team lead to monitor daily operation status. Professional and comprehensive account knowledge for all regions. Seek improvement opportunities, do case sharing and organize trainings to team. Initiate lean projects to improve process and efficiency and share with team. Offer cross support to other sections/department when necessary.Qualifications*
College level or above, International trade or English major is preferred. 2 years’ and above working experience in GSSC origin team. At least 1 years’ time in dedicated account department. Knowledgeable of all practices for all origins and all documentations in account team, and be able to handle every task.Requirements*
