Job Overview & Your working environment
The Planning, Control and Consolidation department will be responsible for global reporting COO and CTO domain, performance management and controls (incl. SoX), and the control of selected COO/CTO staff departments. As Performance Management Process Expert you are responsible for the (non-) financial performance management kpi’s, dashboards and global reports.
Designs and supports achieving the organization's vision by improving efficiency and effectiveness, quality and time, customer and employee satisfaction of ING's end-to-end processes to enable the delivery of easy and uniform processes across the organization that are compliant.
Key Responsibilities
In the role of reporting specialist, you will work together with the rest of the team on a number of items:
Generate monthly reports for decision makingWork together with other teams within CFO COO/CTO to standardise (financial) reportingAssist with quarterly review processesParticipate in projects such as discovering needs of the audience and preparing solutionsParticipate in the project to move data into a centralised data storage, including the reporting around it.Support stakeholders with ad-hoc data needs.Designing and developing (statistical) deep dive analysis on our operational processes and providing strong visualisations and numerical insights for both periodical projects and day-to-day operations;Maintaining day-to-day dashboards and providing answers to ad-hoc data requests;Key Capabilities/Experience & Minimum Qualifications
University (Bachelor’s/Master’s) degreeAnalytically strong with an eye for detailAble to work in an autonomous way, this includes building up relationships with stakeholders from different levels and areas within the bankExcellent skills in Excel, PowerQuery and AccessGood understanding of ThinkCellExperience with PowerBI and PowerApps is a big plusGood written and spoken knowledge of English
