Job Description Responsible for driving process excellence through continuous improvement and alignment across business units. This includes analyzing and identifying opportunities for process enhancement, guiding leaders on Process Management and Lean Six Sigma practices, and ensuring business processes adhere to best practices and organizational strategies.

Key activities involve:
- Translating requirements into efficient, standardized processes.
- Facilitating process mapping and ensuring system readiness (e.g., EPC, IO, ICS/CRM).
- Documenting process dependencies, risks, and controls.
- Maintaining and updating Policy and Process Manuals (PPMs).
- Ensuring end-to-end process alignment across all channels and touchpoints.

 

DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

PROCESS AND DELIVERY MANAGEMENT

 

1. Analyze and evaluate business process improvement opportunities

2. Guide business unit leaders in understanding and use of Process Management and Lean Six Sigma methods by establishing links between process improvement initiatives and business strategies and identifying and prioritizing high impact opportunities

3. Translate requirements into effective and efficient business processes that conform to best practices

4. Monitor alignment of systems and agreed processes across all touch points and channels:

Develops user story 

Facilitates process – mapping sessions

Checks if all product codes are available in the system (EPC, IO)

Assemble and involve critical players to align end to end processes

Standardize tooling for all users – systems (ICS/CRM; web tools), policies, processes and training

Calls out critical steps in the creation of processes and provides recommendation 

5. Identify, document and understand process dependencies

6. Document customer impacting processes of existing services

7. Prepare and amend PPMs to document agreed policies and processes

8. Identify risks which may have impact to operational activities, cost, business direction, etc. which are driven by policies and procedures 

9. Recommends and documents risks and controls driven by changes in policies and procedures
