RESPONSIBILITIES

Document "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.Maintain an agreed set of artifacts and lead business process mapping and efficiency work, including methodology and approach, workshop facilitation, and maintenance of appropriate business process and enterprise-wide requirements, to support the wider change agenda.Collate and conduct initial analysis of the information gathered through interviews and research to support the diagnosis of underlying client issues and problems and design of single solutionsResearch, collate, and analyze information to identify key themes and deliver a broad range of standardized training and documentation, advice, or reports to support client projects and programsContribute to and record the design of the project architecture, building on the initial proposal and the strategic interviews to develop a solution that meets the client's stated requirements and addresses any identified client issuesMaintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, and ensure own work adheres to required standards. OR Identify, within the team, patterns of non-compliance with the organization's policies and procedures, and with relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, taking appropriate action to report and resolve these and escalating issues as appropriate.Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met.
