You’ll make an impact by:

For all supported services, investigate, diagnose, and provide prompt response to requestors if the incident or service request can be resolved directly, or quickly forward them to the respective experts / teams. Use and contribute to our known error and problems database and configuration management database. Build the bridge between the business, our business analysts or developers and external suppliers. Keep the overview over open incidents and, for some applications, change requests, and walk business and / or externals through the status in regular calls. Keep the end users and colleagues updated through appropriate, efficient, professional, and courteous communication to ensure that customer expectations are set and met. Coordinate and/or support specific IT Services, e.g. authorization and role management, data management and process monitoring. Perform application/interface monitoring and reporting.Ensure quality of information provided in new incidents, service and change requests, e.g. with regards to affected system or priority, screenshots etc. Perform IT Tests and coordinate business tests upon new releases for the changes, fixes or enhancements that are managed by you. Consult the business for integration of new technologies and process improvements, increasing efficiency for the team, the customer, end users and business profitability. Monitor the jobs and track the job status.

You’ll win us over by:

MBA in Finance.Familiarity in lending domain knowledge – LOS/LMS.Good communication and team collaboration skills.
