**JOB SUMMARY**
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting anAdministratorto join the team located in Manilla, Philippines. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and supporting the full range of administrative and operational services to the Leadership Team on the Citi account.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Provide administrative support and assist in the delivery of efficient and effective processes with an emphasis on excellent customer service
+ Support Above Base (ABQ) process tool for the account (management of tracker, approvals, reporting and coordination with teams)
+ Aligned to a defined business area offering support to the Global Leadership Team and their respective teams, providing a wide range of administrative support
+ Provide quality administration for account processes across the full employee lifecycle
+ Maintain information, resources, manuals and policies
+ Ensure administrative compliance in line wth legal and regulatory requirements
+ Participate in business/ functional projects as required
+ Generation of reports from system as required
+ Providing ad-hoc support to the wider team where required
**What you'll need:**
+ Highly proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
+ Confident user of IT systems
+ Smartsheet knowledge/ experience advantageous
+ Effective communicator experienced in delivering excellent customer care to a wide range of stakeholders via telephone and email
+ Ability to effectively manage workload and priorities, multitask and achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+ Power BI knowledge/experience advantageous but not essential
