What you’ll be doing:

\n\nConduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement\nDocument current-state processes, workflows, and systems to create a clear understanding of the as-is environment\nCollaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for process improvement initiatives\nAnalyze requirements to identify dependencies, constraints, and potential impacts on existing processes and systems\nRecommend and justify the adoption of specific solutions based on cost-benefit analysis and alignment with organizational goals\nDevelop change management strategies and plans to support the successful adoption of process improvements

What you need:

\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field\n3-5 years in business analysis, process improvement, or related role\nProficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Micor, Visio, Lucidchart) and business analysis methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders\nProject management experience and certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus
