What you’ll be doing:

\n\nData Analysis and Reporting: 
\n\nCollect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in business processes.\nCreate and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).\nUtilize advanced Excel functions, including macros, to automate data processing and reporting tasks.\n\n\nProcess Improvement: 
\n\nEvaluate existing processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for optimization.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and measure process improvement opportunities and results.\n\n\nProblem Solving and Decision Support: 
\n\nConduct root cause analysis to address issues and prevent recurring inefficiencies.\nProvide actionable insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision making.\n\n\nStakeholder Collaboration
\n\nPartner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize projects, and align improvements with organizational goals.\nClearly communicate technical findings and solutions to non-technical audiences.\n\n\nAutomation and Innovation:
\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve data workflows.\nStay up to date with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in data analysis and process efficiency.

What you need:

\n\n3-5 years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or a related role \nBachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, or related field \nAdvanced proficiency in Excel, including macros and VBA.\nStrong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.\nExperience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.\nAttention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.\nFamiliarity with other data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is advantageous.\nStrong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
