Joining our tribe means you will be part of our mission to design and implement lean CDD processes for both operations and clients. You will help us remove bottlenecks, operational overprocessing and identify opportunties to improve the customer experience in various Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes such as time-driven reviews, event driven reviews, onboarding reviews and also perpetual KYC reviews. You will work with us to make our KYC journeys not only compliant but opertionally efficient and customer friendly.

Your impact
The role we currently have is in the CDD process product and focuses on process improvement. Whilst you will join the KYC tribe, you will work closely together with KYC OPS as well as relevant Business domains both customer facing and CLTs
Some of your key responsibilities would be:
Process mapping & re-engineering: Analyze customer due diligence processes and create processess maps to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement specifically related to operational overprocessing and customer experience.Lean Six Sigma Implementation: Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques, including DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), to drive process improvements in KYC operations.Data Analysis: Collect and analyze relevant data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.Performance monitoring: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes; monitor and report on process performance and outcomes to stakeholders.Operational Management: Have a firm grasp of Operational Management capabilities with the ability to implement on our key processesCompliance assurance: Ensure that all process improvements adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) standards.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Operations, and IT, to design and implement improvements and ensure that process changes are aligned with overall business goals.To succeed you should have most of the following qualifications & skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.Process improvement experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, workflow analysis, or operations management, with a strong focus on KYC and customer due diligence.Lean Six Sigma: Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Green Belt) is required.Methodologies: Proficient in process improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen)Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.Communication & collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with various levels of staff and stakeholdersResults orientation: the ability to see solutions, not problems. The ability to stay focused on delivery.Project management skills: the ability to effectively structure, prioritize and coordinate the implementation of KYC journeys/solutions (big & small) across internal and tribe external stakeholder groupsPreferred Skills
Experience with process automation tools and technologies.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in KYC and AMLProven track record of implementing process improvement and changeAble to coach colleagues on Lean six sigma and Operational Management methods and tools
