The Process Improvement Facilitator will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives within the organization. This position requires a visionary individual who can identify areas for improvement, develop actionable strategies, and implement changes that align with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in process improvement methodologies and demonstrate exceptional analytical and project management skills.
As a Process Improvement Facilitator, you will engage with various departments across the organization, collaborating with front-line associates, supervisors, and management teams, including the president of the company. You will apply your leadership experience and utilize process improvement tools across a variety of projects to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency in all company operations.
Responsibilities and Skills
Project management with the ability to implement, facilitate and lead change initiatives. Must have proven leadership experience with positive employee relations. Must have a min. of 2-3 years of RV manufacturing experience. Must be able to demonstrate positive performance in the areas of safety, attendance and work ethic. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across all levels of the organization. Must be able to apply process improvement tools. Must be willing and able to speak in front of groups and able to lead and facilitate events. Ability to work with little supervision and train other employees. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word are required. Knowledge of 2-D AutoCAD is required. Must be able to work with your hands, use power tools, and be able work within and around a manufacturing facility. Office assignments are only a portion of the job requirements Must be willing to be forklift certified once hired. Promote and encourage continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, production, and safety using team-driven processes and key performance indicators. Assist in deviations and recommend/implement solutions to resolve deviations.Physical Requirements
