Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $21.49 - $32.26/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative team player who is eager to learn and ready to roll up their sleeves. As a Process Improvement intern, you would work with teams that lead process improvement projects across Manheim to deliver a great client experience and efficient operations.

What You’ll do:

Participate in projects designed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and supporting processes​Drive results and solutions for our auctions and clients through analyzing data and problem solving. Assist with gathering and documenting requirements of current state processesAssist in the development of future state process recommendations​Providing input on project progress reports​Perform information gathering and project-related research as needed

Who You Are:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems or a related field.Customer service, Project Management / Process Improvement KnowledgeAn analytical thinker and skilled problem-solver.An effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills and possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficientlyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

** Note: Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
