Process Improvement Manager, Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN)
The Marketplace business, one of Amazon’s most important growth engines, is looking for a talented process improvement manager to design sales supporting operations for newly launching game changing product in Japan.

The process improvement manager leads a team to manage entire sale supporting operation for both newly launching product and existing operations for Merchant Fulfilled Sellers. You will be a business operation expert, working closely with AM team, Product manager, BIE, Operation teams (AMZL) and WW Standards to build stable operation flow to improve SX.

Key job responsibilities
- Work closely with AM team to crate sales operation process to scale the newly launching product quickly.
- Convert existing heavily manual operations to scalable automated solution, which sustain for mid-term.
- Revisit existing operations handled by the sales operation team members and improve their efficiency by prioritizing, simplifying, and automating if applicable.
- Work closely with the operation team (AMZL) to meet all sales operations meet their required timeline and escalate to Product Manager or any other stakeholder if any arrangement is needed.
- Work closely with WWES team and other stake holders to establish benchmark rates and processes to understand where JP operations are unique or inefficient.
- Build metrics/reporting/analytics to identify where in the sales operation perform worse than it should be and take an counter action to solve it quickly.

JP MFN is a small team but managing whole MFN business impacting to both Customers and Selling Partners. We are also fast growing team to launch new product, building next level CX/SX from the scratch. We respect differences among team members and create inclusive culture.
