What You Will Do

Testing of new set ups of processes and products in our test environment and supporting in finding new solutionsAnalyze and interpret data to identify process re-engineering prioritiesFind ways to make existing processes faster, more accurate, more efficient and more reliableBeing involved in Salesforce communications regarding internal changesResponsible for Salesforce training of new sales employees + refresh trainingsCommunicate with the customer, as well as between the various internal departments (sales, order desk, production planning, support, planning)Processing and follow-up of the placed orderPreparing invoicesReviewing of contracts (cancellations, renewals, changes)

​What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Advanced level of Dutch, French and English; German language will be an assetSeveral years of experience in administrative and in analytical tasksQuick insight into systems and you have a talent for establishing mutual relationshipsAdvanced in computer applications. Knowledge of Google mail/docs and/or Salesforce and/or Netsuite, Oracle is a plus.Higher education diploma, preferably related to business and economic studiesInterest in technical productsAccuracy and attention to detailsAbility to deliver various of tasks and being enthusiastic and positive with a good dose of team spirit
